Thought this was rather bland myself.....and being a big fan of Dannys I was really anticipating a classic.
Never really gets going at all.
The programming is smooth as butter but some of the tunage is really dull.
He is capable of so much better than this. |

Superb mix,
contrasting hours as well.......hour one has a nice deep tribal sound...whilst hour two is pumping peak time tunage.
The last half hour of the second section is amazing.
Top stuff. |

This mix is quite simply superb,
too bad these guys don't produce or DJ together now.
One of dance musics legendary partnerships imo.
This mix is easily top 10 all time Essential Mixes.
The Essential Mix pales in comparison to the majesty of this mix nowadays.
A shame really. |

Largely rubbish, not what EM is supposed to be about at all i.e. dance music. At least FSOL offereings were trippy and chilled. One step away from getting Madonna to do an essential mix and I'm glad it never got as bad as that again. |
