i have to give to armin, though i am not a fan really at all.....he really proved himself with this EM, i digged it, and i am digging it even more...i especially like the begining, he thrusts right into the EM.......but how on earth have they named trentemoller as EM of the year, it FUCKING SUCKED...i am considering boycotting radio 1 in 2007.. |

There is a song missing... Mixed in after Dirty Laundry and before the Chris Lake track.

i couldnt possibly choose between this, the rojan mix and paul van dyk's april 1999 mix. all 3 could easily be the best em of all time |

Decent, but no more than that. I agree his previous EM effort was better - this one too often lapsed into dull patches; the Red Hot Chili Peppers track at the end is an example of the plodding bits that lost my attention. |

We don't hear this kind of deep dark soulful US house on the EM too often, but when it does come along it more than make up for it. This is very cool indeed. |

Simply fantastic. The above tracklisting was published in all the mags at the time, part 1 and 2 were the wrong way around which caused the confusion.

Oh yes this is definitely the one and only Dimitri Kneppers from the Netherlands! Just got my hands on a copy of this set; very distinctive style, he was certainly my favourite DJ back then. Remember he pulled magics on the decks in Roxy in A'dam and some very brilliant sets in Antwerp, Café d'Anvers. This brings back good memories!! |

Opening 25 minutes is great up tempo stuff,sets the tone nicely.
He then locks you in a nice house set for the remainder peaking with the Dubfire mix of Lucky Heather.
Wasn't expecting much as Deep Dish have went off the boil of late,but this was a welcome surprise. |
