From Paul Oakenfold, this, gatecrasher 99, or liverpool are right up there as his best essential mixes I have ever heard. It's a great mix! I still listen to it all the time. Really wanted to be there!  |

Yep. It's the worst. What the hell happened to the "Legend of Paul Oakenfold?" He has almost diminished on mixing in his essential mixes. It starts okay witht the first track, but the rest of the mix blows! I still want to see Oakenfold at a club near me, but I am starting to doubt it. The worst part by far in this mix is when he trys to switch to faster kill pussycat and fails. The beat is off and it sounds like a trainwreck....lol |

This was the mix from the glastonbury festival.
A great set of tunes that seem totally timeless. I had this on tape and wore the thing out. Let me know if anyone has a copy I can get hold of. Would love to reaquaint my self with it.

My friends and I use essential mixes while we work to accompany our creative tasks.My friends a tailor, myself an artist. We agreed that this was one of the better mixes in a long while. It reminds me of a locootive. Strong, slow,and gritty to begin, and then steady and scenic. A great home mix indeed. |

Classic happy bouncey stuff, got me into happy hardcore this kinda stuff did, more into the freeform stuff these dayd but for what it is force and styles doing what they did best. |

This is absolute fucking garbage.
For a start it is'nt a DJ "mix" as such,
just a producer playing mostly his own tunes,barely mixing them.

this is probably an all time favorite, although his newer stuff bores me silly i still pull this classic out from time to time. the energy is ridiculous.

I liked this mix. On first Listen I didn't. I saw Tiefschwarz twice in Space Ibiza this summer and at 4am in a club this sound goes down very well. An excellent sound system really improves this music. Nice downtempo electro sound. Pig & dan 4 Leaf Clover, Join the Revelator and Oxia Domino are great tracks. |

A slightly different style to the other Tiesto mixes I have heard, and all the better for it. Possibly the first Tiesto mix I have half enjoyed. |
