Both these mixes are competent enough....but they lack that crucial spark to bother listening again.

Good mix, getting much better in the second half. I slightly prefer Chris Liebing's 2005 effort, because of the slower build up.

Techno isn't my favourite genre, but I really enjoyed this mix, especially the slow build up. Certainly not boring in my book, worth a listen for those who haven't yet.

this is what the EM is all about, now if they will only play the EM's live...that would be the icing on the cake...hardwick rocked, and he is def a strong contender for the EM of 2005!!!!!

I'd heard a lot about this, maybe the build up took the shine off it for me. It was definitely quality though.

Very good. Very good indeed. Not quite a 10 in my book though.

For me, one of the best sets I've heard. I loved it. Banging, thumping, exterminate!!!!

I like this. Beginning was hot, middle was good, and the end was also hot ... overall ... banging. Especially like the first two tracks.

I'd heard a lot of rave reviews about this, but I was a little disappointed. Granted I listened to it 2 and a half years after it was played. Just seemed a bit mediocre for me. Had some good bits though.

Maybe I don't know enough about this genre of music but I know what I like and that was fantastic.

I was walking down the street, in the sun, with a massive smile of my face purely because of this set. Superb.

Good mix this. Goes a bit overboard on the accapellas. The funkytown bit is the business.

The most fun, entertaining and unique mix, totally fresh and very funny in places. Fantastic musical journey! Nominated for EM of the Year! I hope it wins!

 austoff writes: dissapointing [ 2005-10-23 - Matt Hardwick ]
i cant believe that i have heard people raving about this mix,i thought that the best track was the first and then it went downhill,he played tracks too fast and yes i know he is a trance dj, but to play tracks at the wrong speed,to fit into a trance set is poor.
this guy is doin it worldwide and his reputation is up there but like so many new jocks these days they are more interested with their mixing than what is actually coming out of the speakers,we need more danny ramplings.
Enough said.
