Great progressive first half that then goes into trance for the second half. There are some great tunes in the second half...but overall the first half is much better.
Impeccably mixed throughout.
A high 8. |

I was able to see Eddie Live at the Melkweg in Amsterdam in 2003 while was back packing through...He was banging then and he's banging now....best essential mix of 2005 right now....Keeps the beat going from start to finish, great buildups, great use of bass and great mixing.
Big ups to you EDDIE!!!!!! |

The track with the piano is Cosmic Gate - 'Bi-Lingual' (E-Cutz). The unknown track says 'we got music, you want it' or something similar. |

First half hour is good beaty hip hop.
Rest of it goes off in a vocal house direction...and not particularly good. |

awesome mixing technic!! but the best track is the " uknown - unknow " one (with the piano solo) does anybody knows the name? |
|
The tracks were great, but the they weren't put together very well.
Imagine a meal of Caviar next to Kentucy Fried Chicken. Both fill up, both are good for their own reasons, but I wouldn't eat one followed by the otherr. |

Good for those into bleepy techno. The intro was great too. I think everything should begin with a bbc war correspondent! |

I love Orbital, but this mix is soso at best. The mix of Halcyon w/ belindacarlie and bon jovi has been OVERFUCKINGPLAYED by these guys as well. The first time I heard it, it was awesome. In 2003 they should of come up with somthing new.
The Blue Album sucked as well. |

Shamen introduced me to Techno in 93 when I was 13. This mix is a great standard. I enjoyed the android track. It helped me understand. |

Aggressive, loud and danceable. A mix that shows what direction DnB was going at the end of the 90s'. very good |

I looked for this mix because I had never heard of "Forces and Styles".
Now that I have found it, I can say this...it sucks.
Annoying trance/happy hardcore beats.
If you want to help somone get into electronic music- don't let them EVER listen to this.
Maybe I am just prejudiced- but this still sucks. |

Check out Massive Attacks mix instead.
Reptitious and mediocre. I tried very hard to listen to this because I like Portishead, but this is good where their releases are beyond great. |
