i must say i too am baffled as to why some of ye calling this a crap mix, i absolutely love it. its a really nice tune selection with a perfect mix of funkiness and electro. i think it was deep dish who said desyn is one of the most talented djs on the planet and i would agree with that after having also heard his kiss100 john digweed show mix. i cant wait to hear more of his mixes in the future, and im desperately keen to see him live. a perfect 10/10 EM

ps - to the guy who says this gives real house music a bad name, could u plz give me an example of what you think good house is ?

DSmalls writes: rule ass [ 2004-06-06 - Above and Beyond ]
Damn glad this got EM of 04. Beautiful progessive build for the first few tracks. I love the breakdown right in the middle with the piano & guy talking going into No One on Earth... it's just gorgeous. The beginning & ending are awesome and creative with them talking about 'troubles in the world' and then what is 'essential' to me... simply brilliant. On thing still confuses me though, in the intro Pete says, "And tonight, Matthew, they are Above and Beyond..." Who the hell is Matthew?

synkboy writes: Rocking [ 2004-08-08 - Nic Fanciulli, Live from Cream, Amnesia ]
Fanciulli mixes smooth like butter on the mix session.

Particularly rocking are the tunes by Joey Negro which is "Unknown",it is just before the London Residents track.

Then to top it all off that remix by KU of Ride which imo is much superior to the original.

Good work Nic my son.

meckah writes: Diversion is wrong, correct title is Helsinki [ 1999-10-03 - Nick Warren ]
Diversion is the backside of the Helsinki 12", maybe he just wrote the wrong track or his 12" was mislabled.

the thing is like the mix or not they give a frsh taste to house music, like the first rave you went to.overuse of their own mixes though, bring back the good times, judge jules used to be like this, what happened.

 austoff writes: bt fiend [ 1995-05-21 - Sasha ]
can i add to this argument.Lovin u more is a seminal track and sasha brought it to everyones attention in 95.but hey lost in love, spicelab and dum dum are the three jewels and sasha would still play these today, they are the three most timeless tracks from this genre of house music, anyone agree.

matrix writes: Nice trawl through the years. [ 1998-03-15 - Air ]
I refer the first half aired the previous week, but this one too is nice mix. Again some dodgy tunes, but that is not surprising as they try to reach across a lot of styles. This is what makes this a very fresh and different EM.
