So this is what chicago sounds like? I like it. Quality funky house, and very very fresh. Never sounds to repetitive either with a most excellent track selection and very nice mixing. Another impressive mix from DJ Heather. Cheers.

This is when Jules had some diversity in his mixing.

Of course Jules wouldn't be playing, imho, the shite he does today if it wasn't popular with some people, and we all have different tastes.

I prefer him when he was mixing like this...

Note the drop of izit - stories....bet he wouldn't do something of that nature today!

I'm from the school of thinking that mixes should be like this.

Get a crate of some of your favourite trax from all different genres and throw them together in a mix.

Not the smoothest of mixes, but enjoyable from start to finish - and sometimes a mix can sound 'real' when it isn't smooth and robotic

Best up and coming uk dj out there at the moment. Its a pleasure on the ears hearing him play at his home club basics. Playing "Rhythm is Rhythm - Nude Photo" was the icing on the cake for me in this make.

Golden Girls vs Unknown - Golden Daze (DDB Records)

Leftfield ? Open Up Rerub ? CDR

Not sure what the artist is classed as but i believe the label is Meat Katies. The vinyls just say the track name on them.

Top mix

 serp writes: [ 1996-12-01 - Nick Warren ]
This follows up Pete Tongs set on the same night well. Good selection of tunes, decent timing and the variety is usual of Nick Warren quality. The dropping of the psy trance beat track - This Mortal Coil - "Song To The Siren" if awesome! No one goes from trance to acid to psy trance and back again these days!

serp writes: One of Pete Tongs better mixes [ 1996-12-01 - Pete Tong ]
I have a good version of this recording, it sounds awesome. The track selection works quite well and it sound like the crowd are having the time of there lives. Nice trance tunes and good builds all the way through.

Although you wouldn't be caught dead playing DJ Quicksilver - "Bellissima" these days (or even in 1997 :P )

This is one of my favorite EMs of all time. Great progressive intro, sweet mixing, killer tracklist, I'll continue to listen to this thing for years to come. A classic.

Hey All,
Wow. This mix blows me away about 40 Minutes in. The No Doubt Hella Good mix is definitely one of my favourites! I hadn't listened to this in about 2 years and simply love it once again!
