Its been awahile since I heard a great mix I can just groove to at work...keep in mind I work in an office and dont want hard house pounding....dont want to look to crazy!! but all in all one of the best mixes ive heard in awhile how can i download it??? |
|
The second hour just has the last 5 tracks. I know the IMA track is long....but this is why I lost interest after halfway. |

I really liked the variation in the first half of this mix....I personally thought it tailed off a bit just after half way, but I still go back to it sometimes. |

One of the better early oakie mixes from ibiza , some scorching tracks , in my opinion better than the goa mix |
|
Extroadinary mix. I love it. So smooth all the way through.
You can hear the little borrowed piece from Genesis - Watcher of the Skies in the 94th minute. Very approriate prog chords from the year 1972 for a very prog EM. |

A few good tunes in here but overall a disappointing mix. I dont regard this as proper trance, more like "hard commercial dance" |

This is the first EM I've ever given a 10 and is very worth it. Progressive and hard hittin' trance with a superb music selection - there's very little I found mediocre about this mix. Bounces in and out of Progressive Trance and House, this is one mix everyone should hear. The crowd in Northern Ireland gets a bit annoying at times, but it just proves how well Dave Seaman worked it! |

....not the kind of thing I usually like, but this was pretty good. The accelerated head-nodding I'm doing at work while listening is certainly raising a few eyebrows..... |

I HAD TO LISTEN TO THIS THREE TIMES JUST TO BE SURE. But I'm afraid I won't be giving this EM a 10. The first hour is terrific - Great melodies, progressive, really captivating. Somewhere at about 70-90 minutes I got a little bored the first time around. I still rank this as one of the best progressive trance mixes I've ever heard. Comes back with a great mellow finsh, but Pete Tong has to get in the way. |

Great intro, beautiful vocals, but it never really goes anywhere. Very danceable but way redundant. The first ten minutes are the best ten minutes aside from his own tracks which I only liked cuz I recognized them... I probably won't listen to this again. Tiesto has done much better. |

Although only a one hour Creamfields set, OAKIE does a great job of incorporating some very good tunes. Radiohead intro is sweet, U2 mix is blah, Sinead mix was wonderful... The climax of the set is the Delerium/Sarah mix - the crowd goes nuts and completely takes this mix to another level. Nice set. |

but when a lot of *pop*.. songs come by
I still prefer "2 many DJ's"
But still I liked the it though |

This is a superb mix, the first real Trance EM. very underrated and IMHO as good as the March or Dec Oakenfold EMs. Also it features one of the best ever Techno/Trance tracks of all time - Renegade legion - 'Weeping Waste'. |

Amazed no one's commented on this amazing EM, for me it's right up there with the classic Jose Padilla 95 EM. If you like teh K & D sessions you'll absolutely love this. |
