An entertaining mix laid down by Sinclair. Some anthems, some gems. I like the electro/80s/party vibe in this mix. Very French, very cheeky, and very fun. Remember, this is dance music people!  |

of all the essential mixes oakey did in 99,i would rate this as the best. melodic,deep,progressive trance its all there.the stand out tracks for me are Phoenix - Arizona , Mono Culture - Free and the superb Ubik by Timo Maas. One of the best mixes ever............ |

im not a big trance fan, but this set was very nice... maybe i just heard it at the right time or something... made me want to be a DJ all over again. hehehe

this was one of the mixes of the year for me. super chilled four-am-heads-down house onto electro and then back again.
really fucking wish i knew what that unknown-unknown track was, it had a couple of gorgeous breaks in it. |

I like the first 85 minutes or so were it seems to be building nicely,and then it stops,and the tempo gets lifted instantly,very poor in my opinion,but having said that,I still like it for its opening 85 minutes. |

A brilliant set from one of my favorite DJs, doing what he does best -- deep, dark tribal. This is textbook Victor, a perfect blend of current, classic, and "what is that, an 8-track?"-old. (The man STILL spins "Jack's House"!) Special points for the Superchumbo mix of CGYOOMH, which worked beautifully to transition out of his initial NYC-house groove, and for bringing back "Love in Traffic" to slot perfectly into the mix, a few months after its peak. |

Well worth a listen. I have to say i've been impressed with many of the 03 djs. Especially considering the crappy turn Radio 1 took when they let tong take the helm. I suggest this mix to anyone. |

I haven't manage to give this mix a proper hear at home yet and have only bashed it and trashed it on my comp speakers at work.
Sounds good to me, with elements of variation through the mix. its funky and its hot!! Nice one Heather |

I have been listening to some DnB/Jungle tunes, but I never thought it could be so perfectly enhaced to produce such a nice mix....
Specially that "have you heard" tune... it's SO AWSOME!!! |
