black writes: good show from tiesto
I somehow feel this was kind of a breaking point in the essential mixes last year, introduction for nick warren, john 00 flemming, and in 2002, james holden... it all fits together, and this is absolutely uber-cool... smoke machine might be a bit much in there, but then you could say the same for iio - rapture, but when you listen to it, its the exact oposite, it only leaves you wondering how it can get any better.

viva la tiesto

Very enjoyable mix, really nice party energy. This guy is definitely a party DJ. The Windsider is a wonderful white label, glad he introduced it to everyone here. And of course the mix into Flight 643 was predictable but fun!

if only tiesto had played a few more of these tracks at the roxy when he was there in may... awesome set and i still love listening to it now.

 funkbunny303 writes: good set
best set i've heard from Tiesto so far (can anyone reccommend any better ones? i've heard soooo much hype about Tiesto, but he has yet to deliver for me)...this set in particular, very nice start, good mixing, appropriate use of popular tracks, and an overall mellow, but uplifting and progressive vibe to it. oh, and i agree, the xpress 2 smoke machine track doesn't really fit in, and can be a bit grating. Overall though, a pretty good mix in my opinion

 Ruiz writes:
TiŽsto should do more of this EM's studio mixes, not the live recordings like that awfull disney one earlier this year, this mix is Magik for sure

 Hillsman writes:
Standard Tiesto affair really - don't think this set has aged too well. Rapture seemed to go on forever and the set only really got going on 55mins. Tiesto fans tend to give 9 or 10 regardless, but after 3-4 years of listening to Tiesto dropping the same tunes for the last 3-4 years, I won't be keeping this one.

 dordi writes:
Such a Grand Mix from the Dutch Master...
By the way... Tiesto was also mesmerising @ Crobar in NYC Dec. 30. 2006!
Can't wait 2 C him again...
