 seeker writes: nice flow
i would never have expected these two to play nicely together. somehow, though, it works.

josh plays it fairly dark, with some nice acid bits as you would expect. he builds quite well for an hour, and then...

dave clarke kicks it up a notch. the crowd reaction as he drops that first tune says it all: get ready for some hard shit. he nails the trademark first mix, and keeps the energy going throughout. love the remixes of midfield general and depeche mode.

probably the best techno essential mix of 2001.

 adcashmo writes:
My fave Dave Clarke set (CD, E-mix, live etc.) since his Jan 2000 essential mix.

Totally agree with seeker; the 2 DJs work well together. Josh Wink builds up perfectly for Dave Clarke to hammer it relentlessly for an hour...and probably longer.

 adcashmo writes: I.D?
What is the REALLY filthy tune straight after: Umek - 'Ceroxol'? The tracklist says it's Lionrock but I think this is incorrect.

Maybe it's the next listed track: Gaetek 'unknown'

I love stuff like that and it'd be good to hear more
