First hour dissapointing, no rythm, not a good choice of songs either, it's not her style. However, second hour is pure banging hard house with a great selection of songs. Mixing is ok, nothing spectacular. |

can i just say firstly that i am amazed people are moaning about this mix,you should have expected it and not bothered tuning in.
secondly this is a good barometer of where the em has come to.it is only an effective soundcast if the dj is taking it as a licence to play an open and jacking set,not just a soundbite from their current set.
do yourself a favour and EM and be fair to the listeners,give them quality,not a playlist from a £2 compilation cd. |

I'm listening even though I don't expect to like it, because I try to listen to them all. Sometimes I am surprised by a mix....
It's also true that there are mixes that are hard to keep going through to the end. We'll see what this one is like... |

Agree that the first half is a mess, including some very out of place tracks. Liked some of the second half when it got harder...but still some shit in there too (the Thriller track is hard to listen to). Overall, it is not a mix to come back to. |

Warning: rancid track selection, dodgy remixes aplenty, and pedestrian mixing ahead... this mix really scrapes the barrel.
Nirvana, Eminem, White Stripes "remixes" - all just really cheap and nasty sounding.
Rocker, Smack my Bitch Up, Just Kick... yawn!
Come the sixty minute mark things started to pick up but it wasn't long before the cheese made an unwelcome return. Please just leave the Nirvana stuff, 'Injected with a Poison', and the fashionable indie tracks alone.
It's a shame because Lisa Lashes used to have a distinctive, energetic "sound" and it was a jillion times better than this reheated poo. |
